Transforming Processes for Global Excellence

At IBM Polska Sp. z o.o., we are seeking a skilled Senior Process Transformation Expert to lead our efforts in transforming processes across Europe and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the transformation of processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing standardization of processes, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
  • Managing end-to-end PTP processes across multiple client countries and IBM centers, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Testing, implementing, and monitoring new tools and solutions, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensuring the correctness of processes performed by diverse teams across countries, promoting quality and excellence.
  • Managing and leading discussions with senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and influencing outcomes.
  • Preparing and presenting SLA results to clients, showcasing value and impact.
  • Supporting the team with operational tasks during closing, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Preparing ad-hoc reporting and analysis, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for client-related requests, delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English language (C1 level) and any other European language as an asset.
  • Proven experience in managing projects and processes across countries and IBM centers.
  • Proven experience in transformation processes, with a focus on standardization and blueprinting.
  • Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and influencing outcomes.
  • PTP experience or financial background required, with a focus on process management and optimization.
  • Experience in RTR or OTC as an asset, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
  • Accuracy, diligence, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Practical advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP, with a focus on data analysis and process optimization.
  • Strong customer orientation and proactive approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Good supplier relationship skills and team spirit, with a focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on influencing outcomes and building strong relationships.
  • Very good analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on process optimization and improvement.
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks and set deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Well-organized and proactive, with a focus on streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
