About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Sanofi as a Shopper Marketing Manager, where you will play a key role in developing shopper strategies for assigned brands and executing growth initiatives along the shopper journey.

Main Responsibilities

Plan and implement long-term shopper strategies by identifying profitable and relevant shopper activations and allocating budget across shopper touchpoints.
Participate in annual marketing plan development and coordinate the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process to ensure retail needs are incorporated into brand plans from the beginning.
Manage national retail marketing calendars, campaigns, and day-to-day communications with internal and external teams, brand partners, and key accounts.
Lead, evaluate, and ensure innovative in-store programs, including ideation, material production, and execution communication to drive off-shelf placement and build brand awareness with consumers, with a focus on 360-degree integration.
Collaborate with key stakeholders (Brand Team, Sales Teams, Legal, Medical, Retailers) to identify, align, and prioritize common sales goals for category development and joint business annual planning.
Drive shopper, market, and competition analytics to feed into brand and trade action plans.
Manage shopper budget, part of brand A&P budget.
Report results and recommendations on national and global forums.

About You

We are looking for a business-savvy individual with a Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, customer marketing, or category management. You should have current or previous experience in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG companies with a proven track record in marketing positions. Strategic skills, creativity, problem-solving approach, team spirit, persuasiveness, and influence are essential for this role. Fluency in Polish and English is required.
