Job Title: Financial Controls Manager

Company: LeasingTeam Group

We are seeking a Financial Controls Manager to join our team in Warsaw. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our financial control framework is consistent with JSOX rules and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the evaluation of business and IT process changes to identify financial risks and evaluate their impact.
  • Design and implement JSOX controls for newly created and existing processes.
  • Maintain and supervise the Management Self-Assessment and JSOX Remediation Process.
  • Monitor controls implementation and cooperate with local coordinators and IT functions.
  • Maintain JSOX tools and ensure that controls are adequately implemented and operate effectively.
  • Cooperate with internal and external audit teams.
  • Manage metrics relating to segregation of duty and enterprise risk.
  • Access management and verification of minimal privileges required for job responsibilities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management.
  • Support the Corporate Controlling Team with Agile Project Support.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 6 years of work experience in audit, Big 4, internal audit, or FMCG internal controls.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal). Any other language is an asset.
  • Confidence with Excel and basic knowledge of BI applications.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA or IT equivalent) are a plus.
  • SAP module knowledge and on-hand experience are a plus.
  • Independent, structured, and process-oriented person with strong self-confidence and good communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
