Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Operational Support Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including document preparation, data entry, and database management.
  • Communication: Assist with drafting reports, letters, and emails, as well as handle correspondence and arrange meetings.
  • Organizational Skills: Coordinate online and physical meetings, draft minutes, and maintain electronic databases.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary education related to business needs.
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in a specific area.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Language Skills: Very good command of written and spoken English (at least B2) and knowledge of additional EU languages.
Personal Qualities:
  • Responsibility: High level of responsibility and ability to work independently.
  • Service Orientation: High level of service orientation and ability to communicate efficiently at all levels.
