- Communication: Assist with drafting reports, letters, and emails, as well as handle correspondence and arrange meetings.
- Organizational Skills: Coordinate online and physical meetings, draft minutes, and maintain electronic databases.
- Education: Secondary education related to business needs.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in a specific area.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Language Skills: Very good command of written and spoken English (at least B2) and knowledge of additional EU languages.
- Responsibility: High level of responsibility and ability to work independently.
- Service Orientation: High level of service orientation and ability to communicate efficiently at all levels.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment and learn new skills and software.
