BMC is an award-winning, equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion. As a Team Administrator at TN Poland, you will play a critical role in supporting the EMEA Accounting & Control organization, as well as the EMEA Tax and Legal departments.
Your responsibilities will include providing support related to purchase requisitions and vendor invoice management, coordinating with external providers, and maintaining country-specific policies for record retention. You will also provide administrative support for various activities, including requesting documents from governmental organizations, reviewing and coordinating document signature requests, and arranging travel.
To succeed in this role, you will bring 5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably within an accounting or finance department. You should have a strong understanding of basic accounting terminology, as well as audit and compliance documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and excellent communication skills are also required.
As a Team Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our teams, while ensuring confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
