At ICON, we're passionate about shaping the future of clinical development. We're seeking a highly skilled Facilities & Administration Coordinator to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate day-to-day facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
  2. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure optimal availability and efficiency.
  3. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
  4. Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and administrative team on various projects and initiatives.

About You:

  1. A minimum of 1 year experience in facilities or office administration.
  2. Excellent knowledge of English and Polish.
  3. IOSH or NEBOSH qualification preferred.
  4. Strong communication skills.
  5. Ability to organize workload effectively.
  6. Exceptional English language proficiency (both spoken and written).
  7. Digital literacy.
