About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager/Team Lead, Business Development to join our team in EU MVR Amazon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of vendor managers to drive business growth and expansion in the EU market. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful onboarding and scaling of EU Holdouts and Brand Coverage vendors on Amazon Retail.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of vendor managers to drive business growth and expansion in the EU market.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful onboarding and scaling of EU Holdouts and Brand Coverage vendors on Amazon Retail.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams.
