As a Senior Account Manager - Amazon EU, you will be responsible for driving scaled growth for our Retail business in Europe (EU) through cultivating vendor partnerships and onboarding the brands most desired by EU customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and recruit new vendors, analyzing their potential for Amazon and leading first steps by cold-calling potential partners or attending commercial events and trade fairs.
  2. Serve as a business consultant to new vendors, providing insights and advice, and helping them to integrate their catalogue data into the Amazon platform.
  3. Act as the point of contact for vendors, aiding in the entire recruitment cycle of new vendors from your pipeline, and working autonomously.
  4. Negotiate terms with vendors to ensure they are set up for long-term sustainable growth on Amazon.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of retail or business management/consulting experience with negotiations and delivering results.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding business and/or financial KPIs.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional internal and external audiences.
