Junior Key Account Manager

About Ficosota:

Ficosota is a fast-growing manufacturer of home and personal care products and snack food. We are well represented in many markets worldwide, offering customers high-quality products, effective decisions, and excellent results. As we continue to expand our presence globally, we are seeking an ambitious Junior Key Account Manager based in Warsaw.

Main Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH NATIONAL ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS
  • Developing business development strategies that align with company values and objectives
  • Identifying growth opportunities for Ficosota brands in the market
  • Leveraging sales and marketing plans tailored to individual customer needs
  • Analyzing promotional activity efficiency and return on investment

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG or entrepreneurial environments
  • University degree in Economics or Finance is an advantage
  • Excellent English language skills – written and spoken
  • Ability to analyze data and draw informed conclusions
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
