Job Description

The Senior Key Account Manager acts as the key point of contact between PayU and its clients. Your primary responsibility will be to discover and pursue new sales prospects while meeting company expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth. You will work closely with our biggest merchants in the region, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve set sales goals and meet profitability expectations.
  2. Identify and develop large payment projects.
  3. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  4. Attract high revenue merchants and provide them with solutions based on PayU's offering.
  5. Educate potential customers about online payments and the value of our offering.
  6. Deliver results in terms of sales, profitability, quality, and service.
  7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure service quality and timeliness.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in sales positions with exposure to internet and e-commerce sales processes.
  • Knowledge of the payment or financial industry.
  • Experience in a global organization and exposure to global sales.
  • Documented achievements in effective sales.
  • Deep understanding of customers' business needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish, both spoken and written.
