Efigence, a technology company established in 1995, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager at Efigence, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at our existing clients
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients
  • Developing and implementing account plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Conducting regular meetings and check-ins to understand their needs and gather feedback
  • Collaborating with our technical and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services
  • Providing regular reports on account performance and progress towards targets

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong relationships with clients. If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager in the IT services industry, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years overall work proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager in the IT services industry
  • Sales for energy and/or banking and/or insurance sector is mandatory
  • Experience in software development or related fields is preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
