At Unilever, we are seeking a skilled Strategic Account Development Manager to lead our business growth in key accounts. This exciting role involves developing and implementing customer plans, driving sales growth and profitability targets, and executing category priorities and innovation listings.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive customer strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales growth and profitability targets.
  3. Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to inform business decisions and take corrective actions.
  4. Conduct regular business review meetings with customers to discuss performance and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Prepare and present business cases to stakeholders to secure resources and support.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 4 years' experience in sales or channel marketing, with at least 2 years' experience as a Key Account Manager.
  2. Proven track record of delivering sales growth and profitability targets.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
