We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Future Key Account Manager Program candidate to join our team at Procter And Gamble Polska Sp. z o.o.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have strong initiative, problem-solving, and advanced language skills in Polish and English.
  • You will be responsible for building positive relationships with key market retailers and collaborating effectively in critical business areas.
  • We are looking for individuals who can develop their negotiating and sales skills, as well as financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding.
Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with key market retailers (such as Rossmann and Auchan) to understand customer and shopper needs.
  2. Contribute to recommendations on assortment, merchandising, and promotions, and collaborate with the customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations.
  3. Build positive relationships with customers and collaborate effectively in critical business areas such as space & location, promotion support, developing the right assortment, shelving, and merchandising strategies.
  4. Aquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  5. Develop your negotiating and sales skills, as well as financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding.
  6. Collaborate with a diverse group from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply).
  7. Participate in accelerated on-the-job and classroom training to develop personal and professional skills.
  8. Receive support in independent decision-making and risk-taking.
  9. Have the opportunity for a managerial role upon successful completion of the Traineeship program.
