About the JobWe are seeking a skilled Technical Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Krakow. As a key member of our software testing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, experience with test plan development and execution, and excellent analytical skills. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, and ensure that our software meets the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough software testing activities, including requirements analysis, test case creation, new feature testing, e2e testing, bugs validation, and demoing tested stories.
- Solve testing-related issues in collaboration with managers to ensure timely resolution and high-quality results.
- Ensure the quality of our travel application, which allows users to book their vacations, by identifying and reporting defects.
- Select and manage your benefits from our Motivizer Benefits Platform, which includes medical care packages, meal tickets, sports cards, cinema tickets, shop vouchers, discounts, and more.
- Access language courses through our multi-language learning platform to practice and improve your language skills.
- Participate in regular training opportunities, both internally and externally, to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Cooperate within our internal community, which includes networking events, coding challenges, and company parties, to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
- A successfully completed degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a comparable field of study.
- Demonstrable experience in manual testing methodologies, test plan development, and execution.
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Experience in creating test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
- Deep understanding of client-server architecture.
- Experience in manually cross-browser/cross-platform testing of complex web applications using Dev Tools.
- Experience in API testing (Postman / Swagger / SoapUI, Fiddler, Charles).
- Experience with task-management systems (Jira / Azure DevOps / Click-up / etc.).
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
