Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Poland. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing marketing and business communication tools, managing the local website and intranet site, designing and facilitating corporate and business events, and creating and delivering local customer and marketing initiatives and programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing and business communication tools (company profile/presentations, videos) for the assigned area
  • Manage the local website and intranet site
  • Design and facilitate corporate and business events (customer meetings, tradeshows, participation to congresses)
  • Create and deliver local customer and marketing initiatives and programs (technical seminars)
  • Develop and deliver of magazines/newsletters targeted at all trade media stakeholders: commercial/customers, institutional, financial, etc.
  • Coordinate and evaluate external suppliers for ensuring the delivery of the assigned promotional material and events
  • Support the implementation of a product category management approach
  • Support local Commercial organizations providing market intelligence information (market trends and competitive scenario monitoring) for the assigned product lines
  • Support trade marketing activities
  • Provide inputs for the definition of product development roadmaps
  • Develops tools and literature for technical sales support
  • Supports the development of operative pricing guidelines and oversee the product category commercial performance collecting data and calculating and analyzing sales KPIs
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
  • Specialization in Commercial/Marketing is a plus
  • Fluent Polish and English language skills
