About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that ensure robust compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulations.

You will support our mission to combat financial crime by delivering and maintaining effective KYC frameworks aligned with the client's strategic and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery process to ensure successful project outcomes while meeting client objectives
  • Lead teams in the setup, configuration, and installation of technology tools and products for clients
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to plan and configure systems that meet organizational needs and goals
  • Develop and implement solutions to achieve desired objectives and ensure system efficiency
  • Coordinate deployment efforts across all involved parties to ensure a smooth process with minimal disruption
  • Create and supervise training programs to educate users on new systems and tools
  • Lead support and troubleshooting efforts to resolve issues and ensure continued system performance

  • Effective at conveying ideas clearly, fostering collaboration, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Experienced in motivating teams, fostering productivity, and mentoring team members to achieve success
  • Leadership abilities, proficient in analyzing challenges and developing creative, efficient solutions to overcome obstacles
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts, ensuring alignment with best practices and seamless collaboration with technical teams
  • Adept at resource allocation, cost management, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget
  • Excellent communication skills
