In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in financial operations, working closely with a collaborative team to achieve common goals.

Your Tasks
  • Manage invoices still awaiting approval, researching missing information to facilitate payment and updating vendor master files.
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end processes, reports, etc. as needed to support team operations.
  • Provide support to other team members in resolving operational issues and delivering excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve problems with accounts payable invoices and payments, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
Your Profile
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance / Accounting AP area is required.
  • You should have a fluent level of English and strong accounting process knowledge.
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, along with multitasking and organizational skills according to procedures.
