We're looking for experienced professionals who can manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing large-scale software solutions.

The Document AI team is dedicated to solving document parsing and enrichment challenges using multi-modal and text Large Language Models (LLMs). Our focus is on leveraging traditional techniques and LLMs to understand document structure and content, improving document understanding and product quality in various applications.

Google Cloud enables businesses to digitally transform by providing enterprise-grade solutions and tools that help developers build sustainably. We collaborate with customers in over 200 countries and territories to address their critical business problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
  • Coach and influence a distributed team of Engineers.
  • Ensure alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development and data structures/algorithms.
  • 7 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning, or natural language processing.
  • 5 years of experience with design, architecture, and testing/launching software products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
