Job Description

As a Digital Supply Chain Transformation Expert, you will play a crucial part in driving the digital transformation of our supply chain operations in the Gulf of Mexico. You will lead initiatives to leverage data analytics, business intelligence, and digital technologies to optimize supply chain performance, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business outcomes, including cost savings and process improvements
  • Leveraging Power BI, AI, and other digital tools to gather, analyze, and visualize data for decision-making purposes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing production processes, and improving overall performance
  • Driving and coordinating projects and initiatives to close gaps to target performance across the supply chain, including developing project plans, ensuring stakeholder buy-in, and implementing solutions

You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in digital technologies, proactively exploring new opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in the oil and gas production industry.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in data management, data analytics, and digital transformation. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, influencing and persuading others to achieve business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, computer science, or engineering
  • Proven experience in data management, data analytics, and digital transformation, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, SQL, and DAX
  • Experience in building relational databases and developing automation solutions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work in an advanced, fast-paced Agile Project Management environment
