Specialist, Credit Management Support with Italian/English

BFF BANK S.P.A. Spółka Akcyjna Oddział w Polsce is seeking a skilled Credit Management Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Credit Management area, including reporting, data management, and customer support.
  • Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Handle emails, calls, and concerns from internal and external customers.
  • Support the ongoing operational work and participate in the implementation of new processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of English (spoken and written on B2/C1 level) and Italian (spoken and written on B2/C1 level).
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in finance area (Economy, Mathematics, Banking, Legal) is an asset.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Windows with Office (especially Excel) and analytical skills.
  • Team working and communication skills, ability to work under pressure of time.
