Credit Management Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Management Accountant to join our team at Flint Group Polska sp. z o.o. in Łódź. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining accounts receivable, performing month-end closing reports, and managing customer credit limits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain accounts receivable, including calls and emails to customers
  • Perform month-end closing reports and adjustments, including 3rd party and ICO account reconciliation
  • Maintain customer internal credit limits and manage credit checks
  • Cooperate with Sales, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to support business decisions
  • Maintain Credit Management operating procedures and supervise legal proceedings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • Experience in a Finance Department, preferably with a focus on credit management
  • Fluency in English, German, and/or French, with additional European language skills an advantage
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced MS Office skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on business communication
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure and with difficult customers
