The Role:
  • You will conduct a comprehensive analysis of development needs at individual, team, and organizational levels, accurately identifying key areas for improvement.
  • You will collaborate with HRBPs and Managers to identify competency gaps and areas for improvement.
  • You will plan, create, and implement development programs, including technical, soft skills, and leadership development.
  • You will organize and coordinate internal, external, and online training sessions.
  • You will deliver inspiring training sessions and workshops, as well as facilitating coaching sessions on soft skills.
  • You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
  • You will keep track of the latest trends and innovations in employee development and propose implementations to enhance the experience of employees.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Designing talent development and mentoring programs.
  • Providing onboarding support to ensure a smooth integration of new team members.
  • Managing the development budget and optimizing costs while maintaining the highest quality of training activities.
  • Updating development policies.
  • Reporting and collaborating with the management board regarding development activities.
