Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Business Developer to join our team in Wroclaw, Poland.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for growing sales and profitability of Services offering by adapting zone services strategy to your region and implementing action plans with After Sales team.
  • Your goal is to optimize customer production lines to their maximum potential.
  • You will report non-conformities and lead the issue resolution process for Sidel products in your region.
  • Propose new Services products that add value to customers and are profitable for Sidel.
  • Sell and negotiate Sidel Services portfolio according to company rules and processes.
  • Plan customer contacts, visits, and promotions to increase business growth.
  • Collect and analyze market and competitor information to provide forecasts and reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead a team and develop required competencies to achieve outstanding performance.
  • Ensure excellent payment performance in your region and manage accounts assigned to you.

Your Profile

  • Experience in B2B After sales is essential.
  • Deep knowledge of beverages equipment and market is necessary.
  • Russian language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to travel more than 50% of the time is required.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
