Teladoc Health is a global leader in virtual care, empowering people everywhere to live healthier lives. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform revenue analysis, accounts receivable analysis, payroll analysis, and accrued expense analysis in accordance with GAAP.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, and file necessary supporting documentation.
  • Review and account for OPEX, COGS, and Prepaids.
  • Enter, audit, and code credit card transactions and AP bills.
  • Manage and review subledger accounts, resolving discrepancies and improving systems and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting team and IT to resolve issues with the ERP system.
  • Perform accounting and financial projects as assigned, and answer questions from management related to financial data.
  • Develop and support complex models used to drive business decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Three to five years of accounting experience in general ledger and financial statement preparation.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including Vlookups, pivot tables, and data merging.
  • Ability to communicate analytically with all levels of personnel and management.
