About the Role
Motorola Solutions is seeking a skilled Information Security Specialist to join our team. As an Insider Threat Analyst, you will play a critical role in detecting and mitigating potential security threats from within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and analyze digital information to identify potential security threats
- Conduct thorough investigations, gathering and handling evidence using industry best practices
- Communicate complex information in simple, succinct explanations to various stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, policy, and legal
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Security or related field
- 2+ years of experience in insider threat detection, audit, analysis, or investigative systems and procedures
- Experience analyzing internal abuse, internal fraud, data loss prevention, financial investigations, or counterintelligence matters
- Knowledge and experience using SIEM, User Behavioral Analytics, or Data Loss Prevention (DLP) products
