We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Experience team at Worldline. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading initiatives focused on enhancing the customer experience through our portal and self-service platform.

About the Job

  • Develop a clear vision for portal and self-service initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to create user-friendly solutions that deliver cohesive messaging.
  • Conduct market analysis and stay informed about industry trends to provide recommendations that guide product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive key initiatives to enhance portal functionalities by managing project lifecycle and ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Track and analyze KPIs for portal and self-service initiatives to measure success and identify improvement areas.
  • Foster collaboration and support within the team dynamic while prioritizing team and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Ability to thrive in a complex technological environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership quality and excellent communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of digital sales and customer care process is required.
