The company is a technology-driven organization that requires an experienced Systems Administrator to manage and support their IT infrastructure. This includes working on server and network management, automation, disaster recovery, and cloud deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on server and network management, automation, disaster recovery, and cloud deployments.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams, serving as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
- Implement technical solutions to optimize operations.
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation.
- Develop automations and procedures to streamline IT operations.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support of critical issues.
- Mentor the Technical Assistance Team and serve as a change approver within the Change Management Process.
Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2016+), Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and Distributed File Services. Proficient scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or similar. Familiarity with backup solutions and device management tools. 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
