About the Role:
The Sr. Analyst IT Business Integration is a key position that bridges IT and business users, supporting IT Business Partners and Project Managers.
This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and assist in solution development proposals.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Understand business cases and objectives.
- Perform requirements analysis and elicitation and document as required.
- Develop technical documentation (context diagram/class diagram/ERD).
- Assist in project scope and boundary development, KPI development and monitoring performance.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with cross-functional & cross-regional teams, to share ideas and findings.
- Effectively communicate results and status to cross-functional team members and management within both IT and assigned business functions.
- Work closely with business users, IT business partners, project managers, solutioning teams, and managerial staff.
- Ensure cost-efficient solutions that meet business needs, supporting key systems through administrative tasks as required.
- Conduct user acceptance testing, provide reporting and analysis, and maintain procedures.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users, offer training and promote best practices.
- Support change management, balance competing priorities while ensuring timely project completion.
- Stay up-to-date with process and IT advancements.
