We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team in Kraków office. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for the proper and timely day-to-day Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger activities related to the entity(ies) you will be responsible for.

Job Description

The role involves processing of expenses, vendor invoices, and payments to vendors; purchase order matching and invoice approval process; management of client and vendor master data; processing of sales invoices, payments, and follow-up of overdue payments; preparation of payment batches and uploading them to bank portal; posting of bank statements; preparing VAT declarations; preparing monthly closing together with the Team Lead Accounting; preparation and processing of account reconciliations; management of fixed assets; preparation and processing correct Payroll reconciliation; processing of general finance administration; and preparing monthly management reporting pack.

Competency Profile
  • Bachelor/Master degree in accounting or equivalent practical experience;
  • Min. 2 years experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in XX GAAP (country specialists) and IFRS;
  • In-depth Excel skills and technology-minded;
  • Experience working in Business Central is a nice to have;
  • Service-minded, deadline-focused, and a team player;
  • Excellent communication skills and committed to efficient and effective performance;
  • Excellent organizational, technical, and analytical skills;
  • Critical mindset and practical problem solver;
  • Languages: English/Dutch, other languages depending on allocated co-locations.
