About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Professional Services team as a Technical Service Manager.

As a Technical Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our sales, product management, quality management, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the technical service team, including contributing to its training and development.
  • Developing proposal strategies with tender and project managers and creating compelling proposal storylines.
  • Developing and executing effective technical communication strategies.
  • Demonstrating technical support to bidding portfolios and their management teams.
  • Demonstrating technical support to project portfolios and their management teams.
  • Demonstrating technical support to day-to-day queries requested by internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinating technical support for RFI, RFQ, and RFT analysis.
  • Co-elaborating proposal creation plans and project planning.
  • Coordinating customer audits, FATs, and customer type tests.
  • Coordinating support for technically oriented daily communication with customers.
  • Supporting the drafting of persuasive offers and proposal document structures.
  • Supporting research and brainstorming key technical points to be included in proposals.
  • Supervising documentation of technical aspects of tender/project offerings.
  • Escalating as necessary and ensuring lessons-learned processes where applicable.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
