We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager Dietary Supplements to lead our business development efforts in Germany.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful business development in the dietary supplements and/or pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the dietary supplements and pharmaceutical product testing area;
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities;
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and conferences;
- Lead collaboration with our lab and marketing experts to design and execute growth campaigns;
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Higher education (biotechnology, food technology, pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or related fields);
- Fluent (min. C1) in English and German;
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field;
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
