Senior Business Development Manager Dietary Supplements

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager Dietary Supplements to lead our business development efforts in Germany.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful business development in the dietary supplements and/or pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the dietary supplements and pharmaceutical product testing area;
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities;
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and conferences;
  • Lead collaboration with our lab and marketing experts to design and execute growth campaigns;
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (biotechnology, food technology, pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or related fields);
  • Fluent (min. C1) in English and German;
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
