We are seeking an experienced professional with exceptional communication and leadership skills to join our Accounting and Finance Department. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing procedures for vendor payments, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, travel expenses, utility payments, and other related transactions.
  • Analyze liquidity and cash flow, manage bank payments (SWIFT, ACH, WIRE), foreign currency purchases, and coordinate with banks on new account setup and payment-related updates/queries.
  • Cultivate effective communication with external system support regarding payment escalations, ensuring timely resolution and meeting expectations.
  • Create and maintain daily spreadsheets to monitor cash flow movements and projections of ACH and EFT payments, ensuring compliance with threshold requirements and liquidity standards using Microsoft Excel.
  • Pursue continuous process improvement within AP to enhance efficiency and workload capacity.
  • Track critical payments across various systems and departments.
  • Participate in report preparation for Senior Management.
  • Audit invoices, employee expenses, and prepare journal entries and accruals.
  • Provide documentation on financial transactions and metrics.
  • Foster communication with departments and vendors on escalations, expenditure information, and payment status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable/Analytical roles.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounts payable accounting policies, journal entries, and accruals.
  • Ability to be an effective business partner with all regions and supporting departments.
  • Capacity to take full ownership of assignments and work independently.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Ability to process large volumes of invoices and payments while prioritizing competing tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
