**Job Title:** Cybersecurity Specialist (Pentester)

**Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist (Pentester) to join our team at CD PROJEKT. As a Pentester, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, recommending, and implementing security measures to strengthen our company's security posture. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough penetration tests, identify vulnerabilities, and develop comprehensive security reports to ensure robust security protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Infrastructure Penetration Tests: You will spearhead efforts to analyze and test our infrastructure, identifying potential weaknesses and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Writing Pentest Reports and Presenting to Stakeholders: Your exceptional writing skills will be utilized to craft comprehensive security reports, which you will present to stakeholders, ensuring they are well-informed about security risks and recommendations.
  • Analyzing Security Level of Implemented and Proposed IT Solutions: You will evaluate the security level of our implemented and proposed IT solutions, providing expert advice on how to enhance our security posture.
  • Organizing and Improving Cybersecurity Processes: You will collaborate with our Cybersecurity, IT, DevOps, and other departments to optimize our security processes, ensuring they are tailored to our game development environment.
  • Analyzing Information Security Incidents: In the event of a security incident, you will analyze the situation, identify the cause, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Conducting Security Software Assessments: You will assess the security of our software, identifying potential vulnerabilities and providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • At Least 3 Years of Experience in Cybersecurity/IT Infrastructure: You must have a strong background in Cybersecurity or IT Infrastructure, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent Analytical and Technical Skills: Your exceptional analytical and technical skills will enable you to identify complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Deep Knowledge of Web Penetration Testing: You must have a deep understanding of web penetration testing, including tools and techniques.
  • Ability to Read and Understand Code in Multiple Coding Languages: Your proficiency in reading and understanding code in multiple coding languages will be essential in identifying security vulnerabilities.
  • Good Planning and Organizational Skills: You must possess excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Very Good Command of English (Spoken and Written): Your exceptional communication skills, including both spoken and written English, will enable you to effectively collaborate with our team.
  • Knowledge of Operating System Security Testing and Application Reverse Engineering: Your knowledge of operating system security testing and application reverse engineering will be a significant asset in identifying complex security vulnerabilities.
  • Familiarity with Gamedev Tools: Familiarity with gamedev tools will be beneficial in understanding our game development environment.
