As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our European sales team and managing key accounts within the food and beverage sector, contributing to our Global Health & Functional Business Unit. Your efforts will help us deliver exceptional ingredients and innovative solutions to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Project Management: Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to develop and deliver optimal ingredient solutions, engaging with Customer Care Front Office (Order Management), Regulatory & Quality teams to ensure accurate documentation and specifications for our ingredients, as well as manage pricing strategies.
  • Business Coordination: Maintain and manage customer price lists in partnership with the key account team and pricing department, providing troubleshooting support for customer orders and account inquiries to enhance Givaudan's service reputation. Work with account managers to devise and execute strategies that boost sales performance.
  • Data Management & Key User Role: Oversee commercial data management activities across your markets (Germany, Poland, and SEE countries). Ensure timely and accurate master data maintenance in accordance with internal protocols (monthly closing, annual baseline review), proactively managing underlying data to facilitate informed decision-making, target setting, performance evaluation, and equitable rewards for commercial teams.
