The estimated salary for this role is between 60,000 - 80,000 PLN per annum, depending on experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to lead finance transitions and drive process improvement within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

Leverage your expertise in project management to lead end-to-end finance transition projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.

Process Transition and Improvement:

Assess current finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

Design and implement standardized finance processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Manage the transition of finance functions to shared services or outsourced providers, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Stakeholder Management:

Engage and communicate with key stakeholders, including senior management, to provide project updates and manage expectations.

Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the transition process.

Risk Management and Compliance:

Identify and mitigate risks associated with finance transitions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Implement robust internal controls to safeguard financial data and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to transition activities.
