The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team as a ServiceNow Backend Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement custom backend solutions in ServiceNow, focusing on request fulfillment and asset management.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving existing request and fulfillment processes, implementing customizations to boost efficiency and quality. You will also integrate external data sources and systems into ServiceNow for seamless data transfer and processing of requests and assets. Additionally, you will develop automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and shorten request fulfillment times.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement custom backend solutions in ServiceNow
- Analyze and improve existing request and fulfillment processes
- Implement customizations to boost efficiency and quality
- Integrate external data sources and systems into ServiceNow
- Develop automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and shorten request fulfillment times

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience with ServiceNow configuration and development
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is advantageous
- Fluent knowledge of English is required, as the job is in an international environment where English is essential for daily communication
- Good knowledge of Polish
- Demonstrable experience in backend development, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms
- Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific scripting languages like GlideScript and Jelly
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
