About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Identity Engineering Specialist to join our team at StoneX Poland. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for optimizing, securing, and scaling our Okta platform to ensure seamless identity management across various platforms and devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience through a seamless and intuitive identity management process.
  • Lead engineering efforts related to the optimization, security, and scaling of our Okta platform.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to engineer new platform features and new identity platforms.
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline identity-related processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to achieve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Document and transfer knowledge to Identity Operational teams for day-to-day operations of identity platforms.
  • Provide documentation for audits related to various identity platforms.
  • Work with Identity Operations team to address any escalated issues or operational risks.
  • Contribute to Identity Governance efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in engineering and deploying custom app integrations and new functionalities in Okta (SAML/OpenID Connect).
  • 5+ years of experience in the identity management space.
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with automation and/or scripting using Okta APIs.
  • Experience with Okta Workflow Engine.
  • Experience with implementing Okta with customer identity (CIAM) use cases.
  • Strong experience with OIDC auth flows and custom authorization server configuration.
  • Desired experience with object-oriented programming languages with emphasis on C# / .NET.
  • Must possess a strong ability to document standards and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision.
  • Be available on an on-call basis to respond to support needs or issues arising during non-core hours.
  • Ability to quickly learn modern technologies.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of 120,000 - 150,000 PLN per annum, depending on experience.
  • A hybrid working model, with 2 days from home and 3 days from our office in Cracow.
