The platform connects offers from hundreds of sellers across Europe, making it easier to search and compare availability and prices.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and maximize penetration within the solar industry installer market.
  • Actively engage with installers to increase their usage of the platform and drive sales, ensuring seamless interactions and fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align efforts and achieve shared goals.
  • Provide regular feedback to the product team on platform functionalities based on user interactions, informing data-driven decisions that enhance user experience.
  • Monitor account performance and provide actionable insights to improve user engagement and drive business outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to activate promotions and other initiatives aimed at small businesses, leveraging the power of partnerships to drive results.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the solar industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and success.
  • Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by small and medium-sized solar industry players, coupled with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software, with a keen eye for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, or German being an asset.
