Vector Synergy is a leading provider of consulting, IT, and cyber security services to multinational projects for prestigious clients in Europe. We hold an EU/NATO Facility Security Clearance Certificate and our consultants possess personal security clearances, enabling them to support classified projects marked secret or top secret.

The list of available skills and the number of consultants is continually expanding. Our concept revolves around providing long-term or short-term professionals with the right skillset to seamlessly integrate with Clients' organizations.

We are seeking a proactive Strategic Business Growth Manager/Sales Manager who will join us and take responsibility for expanding our client base and business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing relationships with Clients to develop business opportunities
  • Building proposals and leading negotiations to achieve set goals
  • Maintaining long-term and value-based business relationships
  • Conducting meetings with Clients on-site
  • Proactive sales growth and reaching budget objectives
  • Fulfilling full accountability for Client communication throughout all stages of the process
  • Executing sales strategy, planning, and implementation of sales opportunities
  • Reporting the results of your work

Expectations:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position with direct revenue accountability
  • Proven experience selling outsourced IT/cyber services
  • Successful acquisition of new customers supported by specific examples
  • Knowledge of the public and defence sector would be an asset
  • Willingsness to travel
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages would be a plus)
  • Well-organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills

Based on industry standards, we estimate the salary range for this role to be between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
