Strategic Logistics Account Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team at TeamQuest Sp. z o.o., a dynamic company specializing in logistics services. Our client, a Polish capital-based enterprise established in 2007, offers a wide range of services including air freight, sea freight, and road freight forwarding.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role that involves active sales of TSL services, acquiring new customers, and maintaining existing relationships. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for preparing commercial offers and quotations, implementing new solutions to improve service quality, and participating in conferences and industry fairs.
Responsibilities- Sales and business development: Generate revenue by actively promoting TSL services to clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to expand existing customer relationships.
- Customer management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Commercial operations: Prepare and deliver high-quality commercial offers and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process improvement: Implement new processes and solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of services provided.
- Collaboration and communication: Work closely with the sales department, operational departments, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in TSL (Sea&Air) services sales, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Education: Higher education degree from an accredited institution.
- Language skills: Excellent English language proficiency, enabling fluent communication with international clients and partners.
- Credentials: Valid driving license category B and relevant certifications or training in logistics, sales, or related fields.
- Soft skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A competitive estimated salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
