Role Overview

Main Responsibilities
  1. Maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective phone and email communication.
  2. Sales of industrial automation products and services in a remote setting.
  3. Identifying and acquiring new customers, building business relationships, and developing commercial offers.
  4. Order processing, including determining payment methods, invoicing, and addressing non-payment issues.
  5. Negotiations with clients, potential clients, and suppliers via telephone.
  6. Researching suppliers to meet business needs through internet and telephone searches.
  7. Familiarity with local sales, import, and export regulations.
  8. Meeting quantitative and qualitative sales targets for products and services, as well as budget and financial objectives.
  9. Regular communication with the Purchasing Department for updates and order statuses, as well as the Logistics Department, Repair Department, and Financial Department.
  10. Collaboration with the external sales team in Italy, assisting with daily tasks such as customer interactions, quotes, internal system checks, and ensuring timely order delivery.
Requirements
  1. Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian is required.
  2. A good command of English is necessary due to company systems being in English.
  3. Familiarity with the MS Office package.
  4. The ability to work under pressure.
  5. Quick response to customer needs with accuracy.
  6. An active approach to tasks and people.
  7. Excellent communication and listening skills.
  8. Enthusiasm and consistency in action.
  9. Ability to work in a team and plan tasks effectively.
  10. An analytical mind with the ability to draw conclusions.
  11. Creative problem-solving skills.
