Your goal: Ensuring successful and smooth delivery of projects

Engagement: 20 hours/week - long term project

Main Responsibilities:

  • We seek an experienced Senior Project Coordinator who will co-create and coordinate the execution of a project roadmap based on client expectations, requirements, available resources, internal assumptions and recommendations.
  • Ongoing project management: identifying risks, foreseeing bottlenecks and blockers, gathering necessary knowledge and resources, supervising progress, managing schedules and creating action plans.
  • Leading an open and transparent communication between the client and the team, including hosting and moderating meetings, sharing notes and summaries, reporting on progress, keeping project tools up to date, assisting and educating clients (when needed).

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous experience working as a Project Manager or Product Owner in projects related to the IT industry
  • Ambition to learn and grow,
  • A hands-on, get things done attitude (we seek an engaged contributor, not just a facilitator),
  • Understanding of the software development process and experience with diverse project management methodologies,
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills: ability to understand and maneuver through demanding project requirements, schedules, and organizational structures,
  • Excellent communication in English and Polish,
  • Flexibility needed to work with US based clients.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience as a business consultant or analyst,
  • AgilePM, Scrum Master or Product Owner certificate.

Estimated salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
