Job Description


In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies tailored to the elevator industry. You will build and maintain partnerships with lift installers, nurture relationships with existing customers, understand and address their specific needs, and monitor market activities to achieve KPIs.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in business development or technical sales, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, strong empathy and persuasive abilities, an analytical mindset, and self-motivation. Engineering qualification is preferred, and fluency in Polish and good English language skills are required.
