Biogen Poland is seeking a highly skilled ESE Process Manager to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting continuous improvement for ESE processes, reporting and analyzing KPIs and metrics, and conducting routine operational meetings with internal business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting continuous improvement for ESE processes
  • Reporting and analyzing KPIs and metrics
  • Conducting routine operational meetings with internal business partners
  • Supporting transition of ESE processes from other markets into GBS

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2-4 years experience in a fast-paced administration or operational role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Experience working with workflow programs and strong overall acumen with MS Office tools
