Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ESE Center of Excellence Senior Analyst to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. As a key member of the External Stakeholder Engagement (ESE) CoE team, you will be responsible for performing structured work assignments related to job discipline and using existing procedures and guidelines to solve routine problems.

You will support Engagement Owners (EOs) with the end-to-end process within the ESE tool from submission of engagement through to closure, providing operational guidance and administrative support to ensure on-time execution of external stakeholder engagements. You will also support Sponsorship Owners (SOs) with the end-to-end process within the SGG tool from submission of sponsorship request through to closure, providing operational guidance and administrative support to ensure on-time execution of sponsorship requests.

In this role, you will be the subject matter expert and primary contact for all Biogen engagement and sponsorship owners and other employees involved in the ESE and SGG process. You will provide operational guidance and administrative support to ensure timely completion of transactions.

You will also be responsible for maintaining electronic records, following up on outstanding items, and ensuring timely completion of transactions. Additionally, you will resolve problems in straightforward situations, analyze possible solutions using technical experience and judgment, and operate within clear guidelines.

This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese. Experience working in Pharma/Biotech or in a shared service environment is a plus. Knowledge of external stakeholders engagement and sponsorship processes and related regulations is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Performing structured work assignments related to job discipline and using existing procedures and guidelines to solve routine problems.
  • Supporting Engagement Owners (EOs) with the end-to-end process within the ESE tool from submission of engagement through to closure.
  • Supporting Sponsorship Owners (SOs) with the end-to-end process within the SGG tool from submission of sponsorship request through to closure.
  • Maintaining electronic records, following up on outstanding items, and ensuring timely completion of transactions.
  • Resolving problems in straightforward situations, analyzing possible solutions using technical experience and judgment, and operating within clear guidelines.
