About the Role

The Global Business Services (GBS) team at Biogen, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled ESE Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland.

This role is part of the ESE CoE Senior Analyst position within the GBS ESE and Sponsorship team, responsible for performing structured work assignments related to job discipline using existing procedures and guidelines to solve routine problems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Engagement Owners with end-to-end processes within the ESE tool from submission to closure, providing operational guidance and administrative support to ensure on-time execution of external stakeholder engagements.
  • Support Sponsorship Owners with end-to-end processes within the SGG tool from submission to closure, providing operational guidance and administrative support to ensure on-time execution of sponsorship requests.
  • Maintain Electronic Records and follow up on outstanding items, ensuring timely completion of transactions.
  • Resolving Problems in straightforward situations, analyzing possible solutions using technical experience and judgment, and operating within clear guidelines.

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in administration or operations, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Skills:

  • University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 2-4 Years Experience in a fast-paced administration or operational role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English and German.
  • Experience Working with workflow programs and MS Office tools.
  • Strong Organizational Skills and ability to accomplish multiple tasks within agreed timeframes through effective prioritization of duties in a fast-paced environment.
