The Role

The External Stakeholder Engagement (ESE) CoE Senior Analyst is part of the GBS ESE and Sponsorship team, responsible for performing structured work assignments related to job discipline and using existing procedures and guidelines to solve routine problems.

Key responsibilities include supporting Engagement Owners with the end-to-end process within the ESE tool, providing operational guidance and administrative support to ensure on-time execution of external stakeholder engagements.

  • Supports Sponsorship Owners with the end-to-end process within the SGG tool, ensuring timely completion of transactions.
  • Maintains electronic records, follows up on outstanding items, and resolves problems in straightforward situations.
  • Seeks guidance from more senior roles in non-standard situations, explains complex information to others, and reports and analyzes KPIs and metrics for ESE and Sponsorship processes.
Requirements

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced administration or operational role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in partnering and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong customer service, organizational skills, and experience with managing a process.
