Role Overview

The External Stakeholder Engagement (ESE) CoE Senior Analyst is a critical member of the GBS ESE and Sponsorship team, responsible for supporting the end-to-end process within the ESE tool from submission to closure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing operational guidance and administrative support to Engagement Owners (EOs) to ensure on-time execution of external stakeholder engagements.
  • Serving as the primary contact for all Biogen engagement owners and other employees involved in the ESE process, supporting Affiliate teams with their ESE submissions, international colleagues for cross-border engagements, and back-office execution.
  • Maintaining electronic records, following up on outstanding items, and ensuring timely completion of transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced administration or operational role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, especially in the research and development sector of Pharma/Biotech.
  • Experience in partnering and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
