About the Role:

The Senior Global Engagement Analyst is a key position within the Global Business Services (GBS) team at Biogen. The successful candidate will provide operational guidance and administrative support to ensure timely execution of external stakeholder engagements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing as a primary contact for all Biogen engagement and sponsorship owners, supporting Affiliate teams with their ESE submissions, international colleagues for cross-border engagements, and back-office execution.

  • Maintaining electronic records, following up on outstanding items, and ensuring timely completion of transactions.

  • Providing operational guidance and administrative support to ensure on-time execution of external stakeholder engagements.

  • Resolving problems in straightforward situations, analyzing possible solutions using technical experience and judgment, while operating within clear guidelines.

  • Seeking guidelines and direction from more senior level roles in non-standard situations.

  • Explaining factual, sometimes complex information to others in straightforward situations.

  • Being responsible for GBS process-related documentation (e.g., Work Instructions, job aids, quick cards) and training of new joiners.

  • Conducting routine operational meetings with internal Business Partners.

  • Reporting and monitoring KPIs and metrics for ESE and Sponsorship processes, ensuring alignment with established SLA.

  • Reporting and analyzing the root cause of incidents related to ESE and Sponsorship processes, proposing and implementing mitigation actions.

  • Supporting continuous improvement for ESE and Sponsorship processes.

  • Supporting the transition of ESE and Sponsorship processes from other markets into GBS.
