Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering internal & external regulatory reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regulatory Capital Team as well as the Compliance & Finance teams in Krakow and other Group locations.

Your Role in the Team

The Reporting Compliance Officer will focus on Regulatory Reporting, ensuring that reports are run in line with the timetable and predefined controls are implemented to minimize risk of misstatement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare defined regulatory reports to internal and external stakeholders, including daily and monthly capital adequacy calculations for IG Group and its regulated subsidiaries around the world.
  • Work closely with the Regulatory, Risk and Finance teams to ensure timely and high-quality reporting.
  • Support improvements and any projects in the area of regulatory reporting.
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Regulatory/Statutory/Financial reporting areas or related.
  • Experience of working in an international Group.
  • Attention to detail, meeting deadlines and ownership.
  • Experience of EU and non-EU regulations would be an asset.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • BI and VBA/SQL/Python would be an asset.
  • University degree in Finance, Regulation, Economics or related.
  • Fluent English speaker.
